I've always had a question regarding bases, if someone were to purchase a base pack, are they allowed to use it to make characters that aren't the same species the base is meant to be used for?

Lets say for example, someone buys this base and uses it to make a sugar glider character, with a head, ears and other details that resembles as such, would you be fine with that if they still gave you credit for the base?
