
This was mainly just background practice. Been doing them a lot more since I started working on Chroma Shift. In this is of my dragon anthro character traveling.
Wraith thought this looked neat so he will end up using it in Chroma Shift for one of the characters.
The texture on this is grass paper. Along with my dragon character it will be turned off for use in Chroma Shift. Put both on a separate layers.

looks nice,but objects in the distance shouldn't be textured like that. You should apply finer-looking textures to reproduce how much stuff there is in the distance.

If you pay attention, details that are small in a short distance like the grass become flat in the distance, while bumpy details like rocks appear as a rough texture in the distance.
