I see soo many new people at my gym just exercising without any water bottles. For hours, without drinking at all. Not only it is tiring, it is legit dangerous to go without water. Get a reusable water bottle and always hydrate!

I don't know if you have or not but it looks like you have been putting more emphasis on the upper body with the larger character you've been drawing lately. Which is a good Idea to show more muscular/heavy set body types and something I do myself as well.
