He has messy fur and a coloured bandana on the arm.

He is very unaware of his surroundings; despite being a physics type, he is easy to trick and doesn't notice that other Pokemon wants him so bad.
Happy and joyful, but he has a foot fetish, and he got hypnotized at least three times by either goggles or Raichu.
