I just finished this YCH for 
Tibe19K and I'm super pleased with it. I was a little bold with the neon back lighting but I think it worked out pretty well. I imagined the scene taking place in an underpass or garage, the sniper kinda 'hiding' in a shadow in some ruined city. I'm really trying to step my art up a level and it's tough, gotta keep hustlin!!
