My ferret kit chewed up my roommate's shoe, and since I'm poor/cheap (and also the grocery seems short on "I'm sorry my ferret kit ate your shoe" cards) I did up a card myself for her in apology (she's also getting reimbursed for new shoes). Referenced quite heavily off of this photo I took of the little pirahna last week.

The thing I really hate is when you set something too close to the cage and they try and grab it and bring it in with them. D:

Keeping ferrets caged is illegal here, so it's more like "set something down lower than about knee-height" in my case. I did use to have that problem with my chinchillas, though. (Never let paper dangle by the chinchilla cage!)

Sweden. The minimum size for a ferret cage is 5 sqm (floorspace, levels don't count), which isn't really feasible for most people to keep indoors. Effectively making cage ferrets illegal.
