Top: G5-EE chips with Voltage regulators/filters between, one with heat sink attached, does main computing for combat roles, also controls behavior. Power connectors with interface chips and more regulators and interface connections.

Bottom: 5-channel RAM, G5 'server' chips controlling the solid-state memory units to the right and below it.
