I loved that game, but i lost the disk along time a go. Wish they would remake it.

I presume there are some download links where you can download it and play it either on emulators or on a Dos-screen.

Like I said to the comment above, who knows if you require an emulator to make the game work. (DOSbox is a good example of DOS related emulator to use)

Maybe if I try the Carmageddon 1 first, I could try out Carmageddon 2 afterwards...?

I've played and loved all three Carmageddon games. No idea where you can get them these days, but it shouldn't be too hard to track them down. I wish they'd make a new one.

Once again: Maybe you just need to surf the web and seek them out. DOSbox is a useful program to have if all the games runs on DOS.

As far as I know They were all PC only. If you look online to get them, be sure to get the american versions. All the other versions had the violence severely toned down (green blood, zombies instead of pedestrians, ect).

I don't think that Finns would be that stupid to tone it down.

There were 3 versions of the games, blood with humans, oil with robots and goo with zombies. Brittish and Germans had the tone down version if I recall correctly.

They also released atleast the 2 first games on some consoles, cant recall which were they but I think it was ps one :3

British, if I know right, released the original version afterwards after keeping it "tamed" for a while.

its funny people that drive things like vehilces good tend to trouble on people... people that draw people nicely (like anyone on fa here) seem to have real trouble to get a proper vehicle dragon. seems all this niffty perseptive stuff is fucking the peoples mind baddly.

Anyhow if you want to play this classic game. I maybe suggest you to try out to setup a virtual machine instade of missseting your main operating system to weird states.

Also that way you could run a older operating system with in your every days OS like XP Vista Win7 Linux etc And best making a VM is with stuff like Virtual BOX really easy. I warmly suggest you try out when you want to play old games again.

I'm not going to switch my Operating System to anywhere, so emulatoring is the thing I go with.

I'M not experinced with direct emulation, but installing a Virtual Machine to your OS as programm, is sorta like emulating another OS. kidna useful.

And what I meant:
Its funny for me to recovert that artists who are good on drawing people and anthros suck on drawing accurate objects like cars.
And those Artist that are good on this objects magicaly have trouble on drawing people and anthros anatmoy rigth.

maybe this experinces is only counting for me and is semi wrong. yet its kinda funny type of experinces. And at last most artist here on FA are not really doing well on draw cars. Its usual very inaccurate to the real thing but then I do not care so much, I love the art as it is. if I wanted perfect replica I shall go for photos.

Well, it's all about the preference as well as slight "intimidation" in drawing a certain subject. That's what makes it easier. For example: A male artist is good drawing at technical stuff, because he wants to draw technical stuff only. Female artist is good at drawing a scenery, because she wants to draw scenery only.

There are alot of artists who are good at "multitasking" in all subjects. Masters would be those, who knows every style and able to execute it.

Yeah we have multi taskers here but not much of masters. In fact I asume when you want to be mastering artwork you probally got to go study it on a art academy. I mean those thigns are there for a reason rigth? And to master all this things you kinda need to tips and tricks tog et it rigth. on such academy you kinda learn those tricks I think. At last you learn about techniques you may otherwise wont know of or use.

Anyhow enogth of my weird talk. your art looks nice and i like it thats most improent I think.
