Those are quad fifties, not quad 20mms.

The Germans captured quite a few American half tracks during the war because they had just enough armor to stop a bullet from leaving the inside but with more than enough energy to bounce around and kill everyone in it. It would be very likely that more than a few had these mounted on it.
