An older commission I had done ages ago. This was a character I had made after a RP; a rotting, corrupted Celebi that slowly causes nearby plant and forest life to rot away. Once a kind forest guardian, he stops at nothing to ensure the world's resources turns to waste!
He was going to be Heb's main villain back when I was focusing on world building and plot. Maybe someday when I have the money to burn he'll return in a fully-fledged story format.. (Or, y'know, if I ever desire to porn him up, pfff)
