This is fantastic work. I love the perspective as if we're looking at a champion. Beautiful shine and shading to his body. I like how you've got his neck mane fur giving a swirl effect with some fur going up and the other going down. This with the wide circle motion around his pant legs along with his tail gives a natural swirl effect against his body. Nice touch with his eyes and the crashing waves.
