So yeah, I saw that episode of paw patrol where Rocky becomes a werepuppy, and theres even a small transformation scene too, that was enough to motivate me to draw him! What a cutey <3
Honestly, I think I kinda like his werepuppy look more than his original look, its definitely a close one though, they are both cute :)

Both his normal version and the rare werepuppy one are about 80% close to look the same, each of these forms to me equally cute! But some extra point goes to his were design here, my sweet squirrel! (I saw the InkBunny alts of his beloved wererocket too ) I'd love to spend all night out with him, if he was able to keep that hot form for a longer time! ^///<

Rocky looks pawsome! Should another Halloween special be made, I think Rocky's next costume should make reference to that particular episode. Here's how I think he should look like.

Ripped shoes on back feet
And for his trick, he stands on his hind legs and howls.
