He's wearing the environmentally sensitive all in one pull up cloth diaper, of course… They're like the old fashioned terry cloth lined rubber training pants, but they have a lot more absorbent fabric in them. Willem and Wendolene have them, too. I grew up with cloth diapers and rubber covers, so I tend to lean toward them on my characters. The folds in the fabric are more interesting to draw as well.
