Bad title. But only cuz I don't yet have a name for him. Another dragon I made when playing around with the dragon maker.

Basically, he feels as if he is entitled to everything. He bosses his servants around, and he just an overall bitch in general. Not much else to say here. He probably won't appear all too much in anything. Just wanted to share him.
