This is like a Pokémon evolution chain chibi blue is the starter 2nd form is tired scruffy artist blue and what I imagine would be the final form is a grizzled detective looking Bara. Basing the final form off of what I think fusing chibi blue with would make tired scruffy artist blue lol.
