How does it. work? :P

been along time since I made this. from what I can remember it chooses a person depending on the scenario, be it goofy or otherwise, and when it appears to them they have the compulsion to wear them. the panty is sentient and it knows not to appear in public or at the very least in a place with open doors an windows. once worn a female voice is heard and it goes through your life, mainly your sexual life, and judges you accordingly. then the magic from it will instigate a transformation, be it physical, mental or at worst an area type deal. once the transformation is done, the panties fade away leaving the person with their punishment and/or new life. and since its magic it can literally be a one size fits all be they male or female.

Short Example: A guy has a huge fetish for Minnie mouse. one day he joins some of his family on a trip to Disneyland and almost pops a boner when taking a group pic with one of the Minnie's at the park. he writes it off as a close call and gets over it. when he gets home he finds the panties in his suitcase and of course puts them on due to the magic. once it looks him over and finds what he almost did and punishes him. how? well it can alter his mind so that he'll see all women as minnie. or at worst turn him into Minnie mouse.
