Mortal are short live, for one damned forever to live beyond death like Bordayus until the mission he was put on by the very gods of the dead is finish, he will forever walk these lands. Because his soul is seal away, he lack most of his emotion, just as well, it not worth making friends when they will die long before you.
Still, when he came upon the home being ransack by the lizard mens who was saving a small baby for desert as they ate her family, he step in for no real reason he can think of. He save the baby and took her with him on his travels, raising her. He name her Kali.
Deathnight was a bit bored with the child who like to pull his tail and call him pussy. Of course he try to convince Bordayus to just drop her off with other of her kind but the child grown too attach to them...as she get older she start to develope feeling for Bordayus. She knows he could never return such feeling for her so she settle to being his student and learn the art of magic.
Many years have past as he train her, eariler on he warn her of some of the danger but she foolishly attempted to perform a Void spells just to prove she have talent. Upon hearing her scream out, Bordayus manage to get to her intime to advoid the rest of her body being pull inside out and suck her into oblivions...but too late to save her arm. Due to the taint of the Void magic, it cause any magic that effect the stump to have very bad effect. Since he could not heal or regrow the stump, he was force to use Void magic to help create a new arm.
With a special sealing spell that is mark over the void energy he was able to concetrate it and force it into a solid form. Despite this set back, she refuse to give up, she plan to becomd a great magic user and make her master proud.
Her tails are actually spell books which embedded into her fur and cause strange marking to appear. She have 8 tails, each holding 2 class of spells and it own flow of magical energy. In this way, it like she is 9 powerful magic user in just one body. If the tails is touching something she can even cast it through them while casting with her hands, in this way she is capable of casting 9 spells at once
