With five different intelligence species and a lot of variation amongst them, I imagine that Roians are used to diversity and if aside from an unfortunate skin condition 'Jake' looks a little odd, it's not something to be mean about and Tial probably does come off as a jerk, so I suppose nobody will believe them about Jeic.

A very cute and fun take on Invader Zim and brings back some memories.

Thank you, but it looks so simple and lazy though... I was thinking of using this only in comics/cartoons inside the comic

Far from! The sihlouettes are very readable and the shapes are exciting to look at. It's a large part of the appeal. I would suggest to continue experimenting with different styles. But you can still have your default if you'd like.
