Bio: Dr Thatch Fossile was a brilliant Paleontologist, fully accredited by the age of 25, was exploring a dig site when he found a huge wall inlaid with dinosaur skeletons with a giant Trex in the center. In the mouth of the rex, Thatch found a glowing orb, and when he touched it he was suddenly filled with the souls of Dinosaurs. Instantly transformed, his body and mannerisms regressed to that of a caveman.
Powers: Transformation into Dinosaur, either whole or in part, and he can also take on dinosaur characteristics while in human form (growing and shrinking in size, hardening his skin, etc)

1) After absorbing the souls from the orb, he goes nuts and rampages through the city, but is stopped by the heroes in the Kid quicksand comic by
Drawnout18. once he calms down and gets control, he decides to use his dino powers for good and becomes a solo hero, but joins them for other adventures now and then.
2) yes, he still has full intelligence, but still speaks with broken English like a cartoon caveman.
