As you can see by the cardboard pattern I have some build up to do... I have used about 15 pounds of welding rod to get the new fresh from Caterpillar tooth to fit.

With all the welding going on over and over and over. Is there not a risk of it snapping off from all the heat and cooling?
I mean I have had to build things out before without any problems. Nothing like this though. And never on something that is going to be having so much force put on it.

Pretty impressive -- it's coming along, but what a project!
I'm afraid my work wouldn't be much fun to document -- especially since documents is most of what it entails. Just managing a big mail merge. Waiting to see if my employer calls me with a 'new' client this week.
