2 doses of mutagen serum. The resulting mutations were fast metabolism, long fingernails, tentacle legs, and lightly furred. Those clicked with a concept I had in my head for some time (I was trying to design a young mutant for my Dark Heresy game, possibly asymmetric, with tentacles and other random bits) and I made the design using that set of random mutations.
