Cherubi [Pokémon] ''Cherry Cherish''
My next Pokémon-themed drawing! They keep comin', don't they? It's Sinnoh time! Featuring a quite adorable drawing of the cherry Pokémon -- Cherubi!

''Having a party is one thing, but having a party with other, bigger Pokémon at the Game Corner in Sinnoh's Veilstone City -- Pokémon that all have either hands or paws to play the slots with -- just went too far for this little Cherubi. Despite always appearing to look happy, he was sad. If only he could join his friends Ambipom; Lucario; Infernape and his lifelong friend Luxray; Pachirisu, Lopunny... Heck, even frikkin' BRONZONG was participating in all the dang games they were organizing at this place! And Bronzong didn't even have hands, for Arceus' sake! Cherubi couldn't take it anymore, and he hopped among all the slot machines and disco electronics straight towards the exit. Infernape noticed the little sentient cherry leaving the Game Corner, and he shouted, above all the beats and the music: ''HEY! CHERUBI! WH- WHERE ARE YOU GOING, MATE?! IT'S HELLA' FUN HERE, ISN'T IT? ...HEY, HEEEYY, WHERE'RE YA GOING? GET BACK HERE~!'' 'Go die', Cherubi thought while he worked his way outside, 'I'm outta here. Those losers never pay any attention to me. Screw them' And off he went, to the other side of the asfalt road, crossing the street and comically bouncing in the direction of the city border, to disappear through the tunnel in the process. Back at the Game Corner, Infernape was still yelling at him, calling him a puny piece of cake decoration, a tiny piece of misshapen, sweet-tasting shit.
Many hours later, Cherubi washed up at the sandy shore of the North-Eastern island of Sinnoh, a tropical paradise known to many as the Resort Area. There was a small swimming pool with a ladder. It was surrounded by some palm trees, small tropical plants and a lonely, small, white-colored building. Giving it the title villa, would perhaps be even more appropriate. A forgotten big house with a bright purple roof, an abandoned Pokémon Center and another, somewhat smaller white colored house stood tall, a little further away from the first one. Added to it was a second swimming pool. Cherubi considered himself lucky that he had miraculously managed to find this beautiful place. Maybe there were some humans living in this strangely isolated resort? Curious, he started hopping across the swimming pools and the palm trees, and managed to reach the big house with the purple roof. Hanging just above the main entrance was a carved-out, pink-ish bow, proudly indicating that our little cherry creature was about to enter a Contest Hall, a place where Trainers once used to gather for big Pokémon dress-up events and traditional battle move contests. A red carpet was lying just in front of the entrance: A wide, square-shaped hall which, strangely enough, was now blocked off by a pair of wooden doors. Cherubi remembered being here a couple years ago, when a random Bibarel showed up and took him on a boat trip during his own Trainer's short vacation period. Just when Cherubi decided to turn around and continue observing the resort, he heard footsteps coming from the other side of the doors, and they opened shortly after. A tall human girl looked down on him, cooing at him in pure surprise: ''Oh...! Would you look at that. We have a cute little visitor! Come in, little buddy~!'' Next to her was a young Buizel, waving playfully at him, as if they were old friends that met each other after a long period of time. Cherubi wiggled with his smaller cherry as a way of saying hello. The Buizel turned around and showed Cherubi that he could come in, and that he should come with him. So Cherubi did, only to end up inside a HUGE pink-colored room containing all kinds of fancy furniture. There were two big chairs, a table lamp, more tropical plants, and some precious, rose-red carpets. In the back was a small check-in desk that reminded Cherubi of a typical reception desk you'd find in an average hotel. He looked at it in awe. Suddenly Buizel came standing next to him, kindly putting a fin on his back. It was his way of saying: ''Don't you think this place is gorgeous? Stay with us for a while and do what you like! If you need something, just call me or my young master; we've got anything your heart desires!'' Cherubi nodded thankfully towards Buizel, then noticed a small, grey cat-like creature laying on its belly in a corner. Buizel pointed at the cat. ''That's our regular guest Glameow'', he gestured, ''go and meet her. I'm highly sure you will like each other!'' So Cherubi gave it a try, and he hopped over to the other Pokémon. ''Well lookit what we have here...'', the Glameow said, ''a guest? What brings you here, my dear Cherubi?'' And so Cherubi told Glameow of the other Pokémon mocking him and ignoring him back at the Game Corner in Veilstone City. ''Such jerks'', Glameow said after Cherubi finished explaining, ''...well -- you're safe now, buddy. They won't even THINK of coming after you if they are still at the Game Corner! And if they do, Buizel and I will scare them off. If they don't, then... well, then you're... also freed of their clutches. Either way, you're safe in here with Buizel, our master and me. By the way, our master is named Alice. She'll look after us, she will'' Glameow stood up, pulled her spiral-shaped tail straight and led her younger cherry friend to the adjacent hallway, that was connected to a couple bedrooms and the local kitchen. ''Make yourself at home, buddy'', Glameow said before leaving through the hallway one more time, ''if you need something, let me know and I'll inform Alice'' With those words, the curly-tailed cat disappeared behind the wall of the bedroom, the beautiful wooden door slowly closing: ''KRRR... BOOFF!'' From that moment on, Cherubi was alone once more, sitting motionless on top of one of the comfy beds. ''IF Infernape and that freaking group of friends of his come looking for me...'', he thought, grinning satisfied, ''...then they'll never have the idea to search this distant island. Fuck them, I'll live my life on these tropical paradise grounds from now on! This fella's gonna take a vacation that never ends!'' ''
