Apostolos can easily induce any emotion and feeling on any person, such as happiness, fear, sadness, etc. And with that, they become easier to manipulate.

He can use this power, for example, to make someone to fall in love with him, or to become completely submissive to his orders. And of course, he can make them dislike or like certain stuff. For example, he could turn a normal person into a foot fetishist with a huge lust for feet, or into a submissive ticklee. As you guys can imagine, Apostolos does have a lot of fun with this power.
