The blue Geass, the second ability that Apostolos got from the Geass. With the blue Geass, Apostolos can control people's movements without any limitation, taking full control of their bodies, just by making eye contact with them. During the process in which the Geass takes control of the person they are immobilized, so that they cannot move unless Apostolos allows it. In addition, after being released from the control of the Geass, people forget everything they have done, and at times they can end up very exhausted due to the interference of the Geass in their nervous system and brain.

About his weaknesses, though both his blue and green Geass give Apostolos two useful powers, if the victim protects itself from the Geass and avoids to make eye contact, for example, by wearing dark sunglasses, a helmet, or just covering their eyes, the Geass won't work. The Geass also need to be used directly, so trying to use it in a video call or through a screen is useless. Apostolos also cannot use the Geass if his eyes are blindfolded (obviously). Also, the minimum range range of his Geass is 20 meters. With special technology, it can be maximized up to 200 meters away.

The Geass takes effect immediately. As you guys can imagine, Apostolos probably uses his Geass pretty often, specially for many feet-related situations~
