In The Vega System, on the planet Lumyra, there's a city/resort known as Paladice. Within this City, are two defenders. One known as Power Tigress, who works for a small yet humble security corp known as 'Palm Paw Solutions'. However, the other neither works for or answers to a corp. He is an unintentional advocate for non-corp owned supers and follows the 'Old Ways of Superheroes' from comics and old media. He doesn't hate Corps, he merely feels that a Hero shouldn't be limited because of what a Boardroom says where and how they dispense Justice. He has worked his beat for years, and now at 27 there is no one who doesn't know his name.
He is Turbo Jaguar, and if you come to Paladice looking for trouble, you'll see him coming VERY quickly.
