Sooo, because I don't have a fursuit for Anthrocon, I decided to brainstorm a bit for ideas. I remembered how some people dress up in CATS styled suits, so it got me thinking...
What about a Lion King on Broadway style outfit? 8D
Here's a rough outlook of my make-up. I really tried to imitate the make-up they use on stage. You can hardly tell what I'm wearing because of the lighting in the room.
My hair will most likely be different the day I'm wearing this, though. (Saturday) I'm trying to utilize my hair to mimic meerkat ears, for I had no time to work on some. Damn work. I lucked out on the headwrap, though!
Oh, I'm not naked, I promise. D: I'm wearing a black tube top. That thing around my neck is supposed to mimic a Masaai collar. I didn't exactly feel like paying $200 for something that had legitimate sacred meaning to someone just for a furry convention. :x

To be honest, I'm not a huge Lion King Fan. I'm a huge Disney, Elton John, Hans Zimmer and the cast, but I never really was that crazy about it for some reason.
Also I LOVE The Little Mermaid and wasn't impressed with the Broadway adaptation. Mostly the new songs, but also the new Broadway sound of the old songs. Kinda turned me off to adaptations of non-stage shows.
Plus I'm broke :P
