Vitch and his friend had become quite exhausted from their long journey. With a harsh rainstorm coming down, it was the perfect time to seek shelter and rest awhile. While Vitch wanted to spend some time sleeping, he felt the need to keep watch over his friend, to ensure nothing would disturb him. Vitch put his arm around his friend and held him close. It had been so long since he had felt the warmth of one he deeply cared for. The last time would have been several years ago, when he embraced his parents for the last time.
Looking at his friend, Vitch wished that this moment could last forever.
