She's only half-right about us wild Pokemon though. Humans are certainly highly desired "treats", but not because they're rare as much as they are very difficult. And while it's true that few Pokemon will swallow you, few Pokemon will cause any lasting damage (unless we're counting psychological) either.
The real risks of sleeping in a wild Pokemon's habitat are having all of your possessions stolen, being left posed in awkward and/or lewd positions, or getting "[species] was here" written on your face.
