Another OC here, Flarus, a lawful evil adult red dragon. He's a bit of a control freak, wanting a few pets and slaves that can serve his every command, and he's rather protective of those under his rule.

In secret, however, he's quite fascinated by how hypnosis and the like works, and is morbidly interested in transformation, polymorph, anything like that. He might secretly desire to go through some transformation... just so he can say he did it, y'know?
