Like, you could draw Gamerra, as one, Anthro Dragon-Turtle Giant, (though not "huge" size at most so big as Leatherhead) and portrays it with an impressive physique, such as that of Donatello, as "Turtle Monster" and, in this case Gamerra would be a God-Eastern Guardian, the Ninja Turtles would find in the Battle Nexus! How about that?
I think he's basically saying draw Gamera about maybe the size of Leatherhead or the Gamera Don in one episode of the 2003 series. And as for the Battle Nexus - it's basically a fighting tournament in another dimension that the turtles experience in the 2003 series.
