Rarin here is a very special dragon. He travels around time and space, visiting alternate realities, exploring parallel worlds, and just enjoying what existence has in store for everyone. He has a unique power, one that allows him to return himself to a previous location at will, while keeping a copy of himself wherever it was before he reverted. So if he was ever to be petrified by something, he can save himself while still keeping his petrified form in existence. He enjoys having petrified statues of himself, to keep around as a memento of sorts.

Due to the nature of his power, he enjoys getting himself into situations where he's in danger. To make it more exciting and fun, he employs method acting, which can make him appear to be quite different in personality whenever one encounters him, compared to what he actually is. He does so enjoy acting out a part, pretending to be someone or something he isn't.

However, despite his virtually invincible power, he does have one big weakness; when he's caught in danger, like being petrified or even hypnotised, he tends to enjoy it more than he really should, and ends up staying in trouble for far longer than he really should be. Regardless, he does eventually free himself of the situation using his power.

There are those who know of Rarin's true nature and his power, and Rarin trusts those individuals with a very deeply rooted friendship. If any of them ever want to have some fun times, or Rarin ever wants to relax, he might just allow them to do stuff with him, and have him use his power to free himself later.
