I've GOT IT! A MASSIVE shed that is like a beehive, made up of thousands of smaller sheds, with different vehicles driving too and fro all around, going about busy vehicle and shed business. All so that more vehicles and sheds can be constructed, making the giant shed-hive bigger and bigger.
To be fair, drunks and crackheads and a nutjob with tinfoil on their head, standing in the middle of the street screaming out whatever paranoid conspiracy theory or whatnot they've latched onto and making others listen by intentionally blocking traffic are examples of folks not in their right minds who might get in the way of an ambulance...
