For
Vdisco's Gumdrop Rally, I bring to you the Cursebreaker Patrol-Wagon. Though normally armed, the huge truck has been tuned up and had its weapons removed just for this event, and the rear area filled full of supplies, parts and spares.
It also has full Justice Department lights and siren, as well as a pretty decent interior sound-system. Also comes with standard, ULF and VHF frequency radios with a range of up to 1,000 miles (depending on atmospheric conditions)
Tek-Judge Michael Hendricks co-drives and runs as mechanic. He is human.

The MegaCity One pit-garage had been sealed for days, though the sounds of frantic activity could be heard as the team of Tek-Judges run through the final preparations on the vehicle.
As the festival surrounding the event winds up to its peak, two or three days before the race, the garage door rolls up, just after dark.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, from MegaCity One, we present to you the Adjudicator Motor Company 'Cursebreaker' Patrol Wagon, specially designed for the worst that the Cursed Earth can throw at it!"
A huge engine growls to life, eight powerful headlamps banishing the darkness. Red white and blue strobes add to the barrage of light, a police-style siren cutting the night air as smoke machines damp the brightness and give the garage a sinister, dangerous look -then the barrage of light fades, though the strobes still flash, and two of the headlamps still burn.
There's the hiss of a big pneumatic-assisted gearbox shifting and the huge truck begins to roll out of the garage, the smoke clearing to reveal the twenty-two ton (fully loaded) bulk of Cursed Earth Patrol Wagon 02. Known affectionately as the Hot-Dog Van by those who use her, the Adjudicator Motor Company's Cursebreaker is more commonly used to take first-year Law Academy graduates out into the wastelands surrounding MegaCity One on their highly dangerous first foray as true Rookie Judges, bringing Law to the Lawless and checking on the farms that supply the city with so much of her food, an event known as the Hot-Dog Run.
The engine is cut, the vehicle going dark and silent, save for the hiss of pneumatics as a ramp lowers and a gulwing door rises slowly. Stepping from a custom-designed crash-couch, Judge Tyla Walker strides down the ramp and into view. The Cursebreaker noticeably rises on its suspension.
The Judge is wearing a modified version of her street uniform - the huge, cumbersome pauldrons have been replaced with smaller ones. She pulls off her helmet and grins.
"Let's do this. Good luck out there guys, I'm looking forward to seeing which of you punks comes in second to me."

Quite happy with how this thing turned out, actually. It's a massive vehicle - the driver is, after all, twelve feet in height.
Advantages:
POWER! HAHAHAHAHA!
Weight: You're just gonna bounce off this thing.
Durability: It's built like a friggin tank.
Traction: Weight + 6 (10?) wheel drive + torque = lots, and lots, of pulling power.
Disadvantages:
Weight: It's not going to corner like a housefly...
Brakes: It has disc-brakes on all 10 wheels (dual on both rear axles), as well as gearbox and differential brakings. That said, you can't change the laws of physics, and inertia's a bitch.
High centre-of-gravity: While Tyla can manually right the vehicle, it may be liable to roll over.
EDIT: Rear view included in http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4128174/ <that picture and weaponry in http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4128194/ < that one
EDIT 2:
Someone made the thing in 3d! A few texturing glitches but really rather cool =D
