Job: (Monk, fire mage, powerhouse) He is second when is comes to absolute destruction, thus if a small group requires to be taken, Uro and Aiséirí send him. He will bring them back to the rest of the group to pass judgement on the individuals.
Backstory: He is from the realm of the dead, but the area from that realm he comes from punishes the evildoers. The Lord of the realm has taken notice and promoted him to be on the surface to bring said doers back down to the punishment area. However, he can't stay up on the surface for a long time. During one of the times he was on a mission to bring someone down he met Uro, and Uro is obviously known in the realm of the dead since in a way grim reaper type character (but he also gives back life if the person died too early). He challenges Uro to a fight since who doesn't want to fight a well known person. Thing is about this duel it is the loser who has to submit to the other as it is a "hell duel". So Uro wins and the hellhound submits and is given the dragon tattoo as a way to be recognized that he is now Uro's but the special property of that mark is it 1)binding him to Uro, and 2) He is able to stay on the surface now.
