A small pencil portrait of an owl character that was highly inspired by the druids of the Warcraft universe.
I'm sorry for being silent and inactive for so long. I had a hard period art wise, feeling dissatisfied with everything and unable to finish pieces. But I'm starting to gather my strength again and making my way slowly through my backlog. :>

And I can recommend doing this, because it helps you loosen up a little and remember that art is more about having fun than pressuring yourself with quality. c: Quality comes with fun.
Anyway, this "small pencil portrait" looks amazing! I hope that by "small" you meant size and not quality. Because the details in this are unbelievable, the feathers and texture work. I also like the mysterious glance of this owl. Definitely gives you a mysterious aura. :)

Hehe, I love those little doodles you made! c: And that's a good idea, lately I've been worrying about quality and improvement way too much and kinda forgot how important having fun is while creating and this could also be the reason why I started to feel bad about my work.
