Well it seem that A&C #9 has left a longer lasting impression that I thought. What originally started out as simply making a "Sister" for #9 evolved into drawing a few engines themed after the Alcalde & Coalfield Railroad. This is the first out of three aditional locomotives.
Say hello to Alcalde & Coalfield #8, a 2-4-2T based off of the same plans I used to draw number 9. This time though I stuck pretty darn close to the original plans and only changed them to give the loco the A&C "Family Look". I think I accomplished that pretty well. My only gripe is the smoke stack on the side view. I didn't come out like the one on #9. Other than that I like it.
Well there are more to come and color versions as well.
