Here's yet another loco of the (fictional) Alcalde & Coalfield RR. This is engine #4, a 2-4-0 inspired by a 15 inch gauge live steamer on the "Redwood Valley Railway" in California. More specifically RVRR #4 "Sequoia", but that engine is a 2-4-2.
A&C #4 is primarily a passenger loco, though most of the time she pulls mixed trains. The tender was completely freelanced. This is mostly due to the fact that I didn't have a photo refference on me at the time. Also, for whatever reason, I didn't draw a lot of the piping. I'll fix that in the color version.
