"I just want to be okay."

I finally got diagnosed with my mental health issues. Depression and anxiety disorder.
Apparently my fight or flight response in my brain is mixed up due to trauma. My therapist said that something as simple as going to the store can feel as dangerous as being attacked by a bear. My brain thinks I'm going to die.

I'm glad to finally know what's wrong with me, but I can't afford to continue seeing a therapist.
I also just got my meds for it today though it will be a month or more before I see any improvement.
