Not really with this style of paw-pads, but there are other silicone pads available that are very small, allowing for better dexterity, like these: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/17995659/
I can see how those paw gloves would work. I was thinking of the gloves the astronauts used on the moon. It was said they were so designed that an astronaut, (If he could bend over,) might be able to pick up a large coin. (Now how "Spare Change" ended up on the moon, that would be quit a story.)
