Samiya Al-Rasul (Syrian Arabic: سَمِيعَة الرَّسُول) is an Ethiopian Wolf (Canis simensis) who works as a health and safety inspector and project manager. When it comes to projects, especially big ones, it is all about safety, and when it comes to safety, it is all about inspecting projects. Samiya does not tolerate safety violations, because any perceived negligence won't only just result in fines, but really unsafe, and angry 'screwing' noises whatever the hell that means.
