The otter boi from my previous pic (who’s since been named Leon), has caught the attention of a certain green dragon.
Leon is a bit too ticklish for this kind of fun, so he’ll need a bit more patient and a gentle approach before he comes around to like it, but if anyone can do it it’s Wocky!

I imagine that if it was a large debt to pay off or there the otter managed to lose or damage another surfboard then he's probably going to be in for a prolonged period of tickling. Even if Leon doesn't come to like it I expect Jwock through a patient, gentle but thorough approach find all the ticklish spots and with use of different tickling methods help prepare Leon for whatever he might face. At least he'll know what he's in for and just how ticklish it might be.
