I make them for fursuits in mind, but they are adjustable so it should be okay for doggos too!
Unless it's like a very small dog, then it could be too big, let me know which design and the circumference of the dog and I'll let you know if it would fit! :)
I would advice against taking the dog on a leash with the collar, as I can't promise it will resist a dog pulling from it (it should but I didn't test it, and it would break my heart if someone's pet ran away cause the collar).
