This was a contest entry to design a Pokémon based on one's fursona. Since finishing it, I have changed its abilities to Storm Drain and Lightning Rod.

Its whiskers and tail tip are bioluminescent and can change color (hence the rainbow coloring). It uses these both for communication and channeling its Electric moves.

Fun fact: someone saw it and asked if it evolves into Narocean. I stared for a moment before replying, "It does now!"

I may redraw Narivers and design Narocean at some point.
