Yup, it's the G-man himself.
I kind of wanted to be a jerk and draw every other Toho monster (including Jet Jaguar and King Caesar) before getting to him. Just because I knew this is the one followers of the series really wanted and to make them wait. I decided against it only because I'd be stuck doing nothing but Toho monsters until I got to him and I wanted to branch out and draw some other kaiju and didn't want to be tied down to the work of one studio just to get to Godzilla.

You should definitely do Gamera. I definitely am in the group that considers it a crime that he and Godzilla haven't done a cross-over yet.
I can respect people who don't like 'Zilla, but I strongly think that he gets WAY more hate than he deserves. (And personally, I think three 'Zillas would prove an even match for Gojira).
