One night in VRChat, I came across a living legend. This is Sylys Sable (aka Mark Merlino), one of the literal founding fathers of the furry fandom. He and his partner Rod O'Riley are the co-founders of the very first furry convention, ConFURence. He was prominently interviewed in Ash Coyote's wonderful documentary, The Fandom, which I strongly urge everyone to watch if you haven't seen it already. I rarely geek out over well known furries, but this guy is literally our founder! He is really kind, really soft spoken, and also really friendly and approachable. Hopefully, I can get him onto Trash Can Tidbits for an interview.
