With it being the end of the Year of the Rat and the beginning of the year of the Ox it only felt right to draw Ellis's Otto and my Willow together finally! I imagine their story together where they become the best of friends through incredibly difficult circumstances, and he's such a gentle giant where he could benefit himself, he pushes her to succeed. While I don't write, it would be super cute. X3

Willow is based on one of the rats we had named Clover who ended up being forever known as "Mama" - she had an over grooming accident when she was just a tiny bean and the result when we got her was she had a docked tail nub. At least this way her memory can live on. <3

It's a cute contrast to be sure. And to memorialize a pet in this way is quite the touching use of your talents. I'm not usually one for big differences in size due to my own foibles over hurting someone/becoming unrelatable for it, but the way you portray it has a charm that's different and interesting. Thanks for sharing!
