Aarakocra, the books are fairly vague as to their physical appearance so most Dungeon masters allow them to be customized to look like real world birds or whatever else the players come up with.
One thing to note is that Aarakocra do have wings on their back but Zurich here is missing his due to a past run in with a cult.
