The usual is adjustable, species, body type, sex, expression, style/color/pattern of the underwear... can add a few things, hats, collars, leashes, socks, singlets, cigarette, yadda yadda.
Only general height would be too tricky to modify. Ask about pose, but it can't be changed much!
