The general beak shape and lines change, depending on what emotion he is struggling to express. Most times he just has a content look.

I have to let him go, it's illegal to keep a canada goose without a permit, I've just been rehabbing him

How hard is it to get a permit?

It may seem like a hassle but I would really want to keep a Canada Goose as a buddy

harder to get a permit to rehab than it is to get a permit for killing thme and culling their eggs. I could get one of those overnight, stupid wildlife government agencies, but it could take months and a home visit to get a permit to keep him, and i would have to clip his wings, and i could go to federal prison if they make a home inspection :(

i think he would be happier with other geese, though, he was born wild after all

lol, yeah, lovebirds are hard to find nowadays since that whole beak infection scare. I would love to have a hyacinth but i can't justify spending 10,000 on a bird o_o i can barely pay rent right now
