That's going to be a little hard with paws instead of wheels that's for sure! Some cushion might help with the landing.

You're not kidding there! Had too many landings where i've tripped over myself and ran into the grass. And you think? I know it helps with water landings so i'd certainly give that a shot here too if it would!

Heh pretty appealing design of a living plane! Nice combination of creature-ish aspect while being still plane-ish and all! Heh I could imagine a vehicle being brought to life and looking as cute like this!
